Our 2-year plant guarantee applies only to plants installed under a signed service agreement that includes the applicable guarantee term. The guarantee does not cover damage from events outside our control, including extreme weather, drought, flooding, vandalism, animal damage, or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.
